A tool mangled your file, threw an error, or behaved differently than it claims to. Tell us which tool, which browser, and what you were trying to do — that's usually enough for us to reproduce it.
A tool you wish existed
We pick what to build next largely from what people ask for. If you keep hitting the same annoying task, describe it — even roughly.
Privacy and data questions
Our data policy covers how the tools handle your files (short version: they never leave your browser). If something there is unclear or looks wrong, we want to hear about it.
Please don't attach the file that gave you trouble unless we ask for it. We can almost always debug from a description, and the whole point of these tools is that your files stay on your machine — that shouldn't stop being true the moment you email us.
